Please share with us the reason you chose to enroll at SC Whitmore School.
I chose to enroll in SC Whitmore School because of the flexibility with my courses, allowing me to balance my education and personal life more effectively.
How has your experience been so far? We’d also love for you to tell us about any challenges you’ve encountered and how you’ve been able to overcome them.
I believe my experience with SC Whitmore School has been rewarding to my education, and helped me mature with my responsibilities as a student, and dare I say help me grow some life skills like perseverance that will help me outside of school.
What helped you learn to adjust to online learning the most?
Talking with my teachers, and getting to know my style of learning that benefits me the most with my courses.
Are there specific tools you use to help you stay on track with your assignments? (ex. Google calendar)
I would recommend using a calendar of sorts, like Google Calendar to help summarize what to expect throughout the week. It’ll make you feel more prepared for any of those longer days.
What are your academic and career goals?
Academic wise, graduate in June. As for my career goals, I want to figure out what it is I want to do with my life. I’m sure I’ve summed it down to a career in health or law enforcement, though nothing specific, not yet.
What advice do you have for other new students to SCWS?
Take your time with your work, don’t be afraid to contact your teacher, and take breaks in between.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with us? What are some of the things you like to do for fun?
For fun, I love to listen to music and go for walks, or watch sunsets and/or sunrises.
