Faculty and Staff
I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina in Experimental Psychology and then earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Capella University. I returned to the University of South Carolina to earn my Ed.S degree in School Counseling and am also a certified Career Development Facilitator. I have worked in the traditional brick and mortar setting, and joined the virtual world in 2014. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 15 years and have two daughters ages 10 and 12.
I have lived in SC all of my life and have experienced many different schools around the state, due to several moves. I work at SCWS because students are able to earn the best education no matter what school they are zoned for or what may be going on in their lives. I also have a great sense of pride working with students from SC.
